Pomeranian with a bad ear infection.?

I just returned from the vet with my 6 year old pom. He has a severe infection ears. I have the medicine and a housewife, but I wonder if anyone else has experienced this with your dog?

Not with my dog but my cat had an infection ear recently. The vet said it was a fungal infection, much like yeast. He has given us some ear drops to clean the ear be used twice daily. He cleared quickly enough. My Lulu never had an inner ear problem, fortunately. We hope that your dog’s ears get better soon!
